Software as a Service (SaaS) is a model of software deployment where an application, in our case KiBS, is hosted as a service provided to customers across the Internet.
How can I benefit from SaaS?
By eliminating the need to install and run the application on the customer's own computer, SaaS alleviates your burden of software maintenance, ongoing operation, and support.
What does utility style billing mean?
With KiBS you pay for what you use and only what you use. There are no required minimum payments or penalties, you will only be charged for your actual usage and not a penny more.
How can I customize KiBS for my business?
Typing in new or amended descriptions into the manageable attributes fields incorporates your business processes into the relevant applications. The names of folders and fields can be changed just as easily. This changes the user interface to reflect the business language of your company and/or industry.
Is there an implementation or setup fee?
No. It is included in your low monthly usage fees. At no additional cost we will conduct an initial set up of your KiBS environment including a data load. As part of this process we will train you on how to import data, a task any typical user can do with ease.
What is the cost of support?
There is no additional cost for telephone or online support; it is included in your low monthly usage fees.
Are there any termination or hidden fees?
None
How much disc space do we get for data storage, documents, email and files?
There are no limits data storage limits and no additional usage or data storage fees.
How do I build email and other types of marketing lists?

Do I have to use an expensive outside vendor for my email marketing?
No. KiBS Marketing enables you to quickly and easily build email lists and send out the emails. No longer do you need to go through the cost and inefficiencies of exporting your lists to third party mailing houses
