There are no additional fees; it’s all included in your low monthly usage fees.

By setting and selecting the appropriate sharing rules users can be prevented from accessing certain data.
How do we add additional products and users?
As KiBS products are provided as a service all we need to do is “switch on” additional products and users. Just tell us what you want and we will make it happen.
Can I use any internet browser?
Yes, the most common browsers used by our clients are Mozilla, Safari and IE
Can I use Outlook with KiBS?
Yes, using the Outlook synchronization plug-in
Do you provide phone support?

How do I register an online support request?
Go to http://www.kyliptix.com and complete the support request form providing as much information as possible.
How often is my data backed up?
A full image of your data is backed up at least once daily. A full image of the database is done weekly and an incremental back-up is performed daily.
Is my data secure?
An incremental tape back-up is taken daily and a full tape backup is performed weekly. A set of database back-up tapes are taken off-site and stored in a secure location at least once every week.
