The fastest and easiest way to access Kyliptix support is by using the form based ticketing system.
Once you have submitted your support ticket an automatic email acknowledgement will immediately be sent to you, the email will also include your ticket reference number and a status link. At the same time we will assign your ticket to a support engineer who will contact you within 1 business hour. While the ticket is open we may contact you using one or more of the following; email, telephone and help desk.
